For this reason we use purpose written problem-solving
activities rather than more traditional adventure
training approaches, which are not necessarily
appropriate to the development of teams. Reviews
are delegate led and include little theory, and
course performance is constantly translated into
actions in the workplace. This is achieved by
encouraging and supporting delegates to plan how
they will apply the lessons they have learnt during
the course to their daily work. This takes place
during the course, and also upon the delegates’
return to the workplace.
